ECML Blog Brainstorm

Ah the memories...
It is a long time since my last post here. I am back in Graz along with my ECML buddies. Looking through the blogging system is rather like visiting school during the holidays. Memories echo through the corridors yet there are no signs of students. That´s not quite true. There are a few hardcore bloggers still posting from time to time.
I still love the simplicity and feature-set of these blogs - some things never change

World Cup Fever!
I'll be back in Graz in Austria tomorrow to begin the evaluation of the ECML blogging project. Many things to explore but what about the potential of the World Cup for the ECML Blogs. Most students have stopped blogging but perhaps it is not too late to get some cross-cultural commentary on the tournament. I wish I had thought of this earlier. What do you think?

Export your Blog
Mario has been busy designing some great export features for the ECML blogs. I love the export as HTML feature which will allow students and teacher to download their posts as an html file to be printed off or pasted into a word-processor. If you are really feeling adventurous then you could try and export it into another blog. I'm going to give it a go.

Just start writing about anything and hopefully this will cure my writer's block. Let's see if it works... no it doesn't seem to be working. I'll see whether a bar of chocolate is a part of the solution or perhaps a small(ish) beer.

I'm so glad the students from Andorra have been blogging and that Txema is blogging again. The place didn't seem the same without you!
