My survival to life!

System of a Down:

When ever i'm feeling like banging my head against the wall with all the inner pain of the heart and problems, i turn to what i call a relief of the mind. Some think otherwise. System of a down is my favourite band apart from many others! Three years and eight months ago they released their album TOXICITY and the crowd went wild. They were everywhere, and people wanted MORE and MORE of System of a down. They are such talented people, who achieve whatever they have in mind. Their new album has recently come out and once again they did a fantastic success! I personally think that they will be here for the future to come.

Slipknot:

Here'a another controversial band with great fans who adore them to every hair in their body. While some people think they have come from helll because of all their masks, they are still normal human beings with own lives. I love their music. Not only it brings out  the inner you but also lets you release your anger whilst hearing them sing. The more they scream the more you feel alive....that is what i always say...My favourite song is Duality! Others may think differently but Slipknot fans altogether agree how great their music is too!

Stress....Stress....and even MORE Stress!!!!

Although our exams have passed we are now all so eager to receive our results. Sometimes, you feel that you have done well but you do HORRIBLY...

That is what i am afriad of this year. Unlike other students in my class i don't get really high marks, even though i try my BEST... one has to remember that if you are not good in one thing you are good in the other. This is why a lot of stress is created.

Another pain is...getting fit for summer!! I mean it is a complete nightmare! After the Easter Holidays all you feel is sick and not fit and ready to go out for a jog. That is why this year, my friend and I have started working out so that towards the end of Spring we won't get all worked out!

The Archipelago

Hello guys! It has been such a long time since i have entered blogs... buti had serious problems with my internet connection I thought Icould pass on some information about Malta

The Maltese Archipelago is made up of 3 beautiful islands:-   Gozo ; Malta ; Comino (also 2 very small ones Cominetto and Filfla)

Gozo and Malta are connected by a regular car and passenger ferry. This sister island is amlost entirely agricultural and life is simple but comfortable. It is an island of famrmers and fishermen, and that is what brings out its character. My favourite place is Xlendi. When my family and I visit Gozo we always stay in the same appartment which is overlooks its beautiful beach.

On the otherhand there aren't much residents living in Comino. Although it is well known for the Blue Lagoon. Last year we also visited there with a ferry which leaves from Sliema. It was an interesting ride. I couldn't believe how clear and BLUE the sea was!!

So if you are interested in going abroad this summer, remember that even though it is small in size, The Archipelago is rich in History and places of interest

(Especially dedicated to Clemes  i hope you get top visit Malta)

Lucky Birthday Celebration
The best time of the year apart from Christmas and summer, is my birthday. This year was extraordinary as I celebrated my 15th Lucky Birthday.

My birthday fell on a Sunday but I started enjoying myself well before hand on Friday night. I invited some of my friends to join in a Dinner Party together with my family. We had an amazing time. We laughed, we ate and we had splendid conversations together. Afterwards my friends and I went to clubs in Paceville, where we also had an amazing time!

On Saturday morning I woke up early as I still had some work to do. In the evening I met my friends and went out altogether. On my birthday I spent the whole day at Valletta with my school friends Diane, Stefania, Valentina and some other friends of mine. We went to an arcade’s games room and I beat them twice in a Formula 1 Race.

After that splendid weekend I realized how much time flies as I could still remember myself saying how much I wanted to celebrate my lucky birthday…and finally it had come and gone in a wink of an eye!
A School Outing
On a Monday I usually don’t feel like going to school, except when we are going out! This time instead of going out as a whole class of 27 students, we were split into 2 groups. The Art Class had its own outing, and I was one of the Art Students.

At first we went to ‘MCAST’ at ‘Targa Gap’. We were given a tour of the school. They told us that many students every year attend this school so they can continue studying Art in detail. We went in many labs but the one that struck me most was the paper recycling one.

They were using Yellow Pages books, shredding them with some other paper, wetting them, create a new form of paper and then letting it dry. These recycled papers could be used for drawing as well.

Afterwards our teacher took us to ‘GHAJN TUFFIEHA’, a beautiful beach in the north of Malta. There we drew scenery. It was hard but also great fun, having to draw on the beach. It was a remarkable experience!
